USE & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Before First Use

• Remove all packaging, labels and stickers
• Wash cookware with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth before first use.

Daily Use Guidelines

• Heat setting: Use low to medium heat to preserve cookware performance and avoid damage.
• Burner size: Always match the pan base size to your cooktop burner to prevent overheating.
• Handling: Never allow cookware to boil dry or leave it empty on a heat source. Do not use cookware over open flames, campfires, or barbecue grills.
• Oven Safety: Cookware is oven-safe up to 250°C. Glass lids are safe up to 200°C. Remove lids if temperatures exceed 200°C.
• Safe Handling:  Always use oven mitts or dry cloths when moving hot cookware.

Care and Maintenance

• Cleaning: Hand wash is recommended to maintain the non-stick coating and extend product life.
• Non-stick Cooking: Always Avoid using non-stick cooking sprays, which can build up residue. Lightly oil food before cooking if needed.
• Protection: Lift cookware when moving it across cooktops to protect both surfaces.
• Temperature Shock: Allow cookware to cool before washing. Do not pour cold water onto hot cookware as this can cause warping.

Dishwasher Advice

• While Statement Cookware is dishwasher-safe, we strongly recommend hand washing.
• Harsh dishwasher detergents containing alkaline agents and bleach may deteriorate non-stick surfaces over time.

Warranty Information

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 
For AUS and NZ: Additionally, we give a 3 year guarantee against defects from date of sale. This guarantee against defects is given by FACKELMANN Housewares (ABN 89 601 910 776). To claim, send the product and proof of purchase to us at your expense. We will repair, replace or refund (our choice) defective products without further cost.

Guarantee Exclusions:

•      Damage or defects to the product caused by normal wear and tear.

•      The product has been on-sold or assigned by the original purchaser.

•      The product has been used for non-domestic purposes.

•      The product has been used for purposes other than the purpose for which it was intended.

•      The product has been modified in any way.

•      The product has been subject to abnormal conditions, whether of temperature, water, humidity, pressure, stress or similar.

•      Corrosive or abrasive matter has been applied to the product.

•      Damage or defects resulting from a lack of proper maintenance or regular care in accordance with the Use and Care Instructions.

•      Damage or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect or involved in an accident.

•      Scratches, stains, discolouration or damage caused by overheating, including cumulative damage.
